It is understood that this agreement is to protect the integrity of Doggie’s Ade training program and standards.
Payments, if not paid in full at the time services are contracted, are to be made progressively until paid in full. It is mutually agreed and hereby understood by all applicable parties that training will not continue unless Doggie’s Ade has been compensated for each phase of training as completed. It is the responsibility of the owner to cover any additional fees or charges incurred as deemed necessary to reasonably fulfill this contractual agreement. Int.______
Some training times vary depending on dog and it’s needs, if added time is needed to fulfill dogs behavioral needs such as aggression issues, biting and/or attacking and potty training, then both trainer and owner enter into a verbal agreement, in which client is responsible for payment of extra time and/or products used in training, such as food, Kongs, Pet Corrector, collars and leashes Int._______.
If a dog is abandoned or communication/contact with a client is not possible, we reserve the right to release your dog to a local area pound being held harmless of any contractual agreement. If we have attempted to contact any client either in writing based on address provided, by phone based on phone numbers provided or otherwise for a 7 day period without compensation and/or due response, your dog will be taken to a dog pound or we have a right to sale your dog for compensation at our discretion. It is also mutually agreed and hereby understood that Doggie’s Ade shall be held harmless for the death of _________________________ (canine in training) due to natural causes, theft related or unforeseen circumstances outside of reasonable control while within our care. Doggie’s Ade is not liable for a dog that escapes from the training facility/site/location. Also, owners are responsible for any veterinary fees incurred if medical attention is required. Doggie’s Ade will not hesitate to provide the very best service while your dog is in our possession. Owner’s further attest that said canine was in good health when training insured. The client further has made Doggie’s Ade aware of any medical conditions or procedures associated with rendering proper care of said canine in writing. Verbal notification is not acceptable. A hand written document must be attached to this form if special procedures are to be followed. All payments or deposits are non-refundable. Int._________
It is understood and expected that while your dog is undergoing training, an adjustment to an unfamiliar handler, a new environment and new exposures (stresses) may temporarily alter your dogs eating habits and behavior.
Any unadvised owner intervention during training can cause setbacks. Please understand that dogs can sense their owner’s anxiety and will respond accordingly. Setbacks can result in additional charges which must be paid. Int_______
The successes of training strongly depends on three factors: an owner’s willingness to heed the advice of the trainer (the professional), proper reinforcement at home and maintaining an open line of communication with the trainer. Cooperation from all parties is key. Int________
